The company was incorparated in cold war time as to meet the demand of developing modern natinal defense industry construction. The factory is located by Petrochemical Industry city by Bohai Tianjin-Tianjin Port to make it easier to import raw materials.
2004: Incorpotated Dalian NEWERA Petrochemical Industry Co.,Ltd, together with the founding of Dalian factory manufacturing NEWERA brand industry and automobile series.
